Three diplomas

Jewellery diploma courses — Fashion, Fine Design and Precious Metal Arts

A bezel forming at the bench — one of the three crafts, halfway between raw silver and finished jewellery.

Three diplomas, three different jewellers. Here is the honest way to choose
between them — by the work each one makes.

Fashion jewellery output: colour, materials and assembly control

Fashion Jewellery Arts — the maker-designer of wearable art

Fashion jewellery lives where colour, material and idea meet: beads, fibre,
wire and mixed media assembled into pieces that respond to trends faster than
fine jewellery can. The diploma suits makers who love variety and want to
sell or teach their own styles.

(course page).

Fine Jewellery Design — the industry's drawing board

Fine jewellery design is communication: technical drawing, illustration and
CAD that turn an idea into something a workshop can quote and build. The
track runs from hand drawing through
digital CAD fundamentals
to advanced 3D modelling and production. Suits visual thinkers and career
designers.

Design-track work: pencil before metal

Precious Metal Arts — the hands-on fabricator

Silversmithing, stone setting, casting, moulds and gold work — the diploma
for people who want the bench as home. The industry permanently needs these
hands.
Entry course: Foundation Metalwork Skills and Experience
(course page).
